Many coaches feel like their technology is holding them hostage. Perhaps you are one of them.

As a coach, you know it is imperative that you maximize the resources that are available to you today, but the sheer magnitude of the choices that are available can be overwhelming – and for some, even paralyzing.

Whether you are just starting your coaching practice, or you’ve been around for a while, chances are you could use a little help with all that tech stuff.

Perhaps you have thought about hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA), but are hesitating because

(a) you can’t afford it

(b) you aren’t sure exactly what a VA can do for you

(c) you don’t know where you would find a good one

(d) you’d really rather do it yourself

If so, then VA in a Box was created just for you. Because I believe that coaches need to know HOW stuff works, whether they actually DO any of it themselves or not.

My goal is to provide step-by-step instruction on all the techno-tasks that fit together to form the foundation for your thriving practice, at an affordable price, delivered on demand.

Now I know I said “all” the techno-tasks, but that doesn’t mean that I’ll cover every option available to you. This site is being developed with the beginning coach in mind, so I’ll choose a single path for each task, the path that I think will get you started with the least challenge and cost.

Trainings on VA in a Box are primarily video based, though there may also be PDF guides that go along with them.

Some of the trainings are video sets, such as “Get Going with Your Website.”Others are short singles, designed to answer a specific question, such as “How do I add a contact in MailChimp?” or “How do I resize a photo for my blog post?

If you have a particular question you would like answered, shoot me an email and I’ll try to do a video just for you!
